Hayley Parker

I hold a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. With nearly 20 years of experience across various settings including private practice, hospitals, public health, research, and university lecturing, I bring expertise in the treatment of disordered eating, eating disorders, gut health and mental health, gastroenterology conditions (coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease), post-bowel surgical care, chronic disease management, food intolerance, diabetes, oncology and bariatric surgery issues.

At Headway Psychology I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, dietitians, and an exercise physiologist. Our team adopts a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, providing comprehensive support tailored to each client’s needs.

I am a member of Dietitians Australia (DA), the Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED), and Coeliac Australia.
